Arbitrator and Legal Consultant / Mostafa Saeed Hassan Al-Azraq is one of the founders, a partner, and director of Al-Mostasharoun for Legal Consultancy, Arbitration, and Mediation. He is a legal consultant and a member of the Association of Lawyers and Legal Professionals in the United Arab Emirates, as well as an Egyptian lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar Association. He is also the owner of Mostafa Al-Azraq Law Firm in the Arab Republic of Egypt since 2000.
He is an internationally accredited arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Ajman International Arbitration Centre, Umm Al Quwain International Arbitration Centre, and the International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration, in addition to several other international arbitration centers.
He has held numerous positions as a legal director and legal consultant at various international institutions, companies, and international law firms. He has more than 26 years of legal experience as a lawyer in Egypt and over 20 years in the United Arab Emirates as a legal consultant, arbitrator, and mediator in disputes.
He has participated in more than 40 arbitration cases as an arbitrator, conducted in both Arabic and English, assigned by institutions such as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre, and Ajman International Arbitration Centre, in addition to dozens of ad hoc arbitration cases and mediation roles between international and local companies.
He has extensive and long-standing experience exceeding 26 years in civil, commercial, personal status and family law, real estate disputes, maritime cases, banking and insurance, construction and oil sector disputes, sports arbitration, intellectual property, and tenancy cases. He also has strong expertise in drafting contracts and international agreements in both Arabic and English, preparing legal memoranda and briefs, analyzing and preparing case files, and providing legal consultations within judicial systems applied in the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and several legal systems across the Middle East and the Republic of Djibouti.
